Morrissey Construction Company is currently underway with construction on Access West Cook located on 16 sites throughout Cook County, IL.
The development includes a mix of building demolition and complete rebuilds, new construction and extensive renovation of 21 units with a total of 46,752 sq.ft. All units include ADA upgrades, Energy Star Appliances and an Energy Star Roofing System.
This project meets the requirements for the National Green Building Standard (NGBS) and is projected to be complete in the winter of 2019.
