Athletic Facility for Winfield R-IV School District

Morrissey Construction Company has completed the addition of a new athletic facility for the Winfield R-IV School District in Winfield, MO.

The scope of the project included a new artificial turf football/soccer field, synthetic surface competition running track, bleacher seating for 2,000, a press box and field lighting. The project also consisted of a 1,900 sq.ft. concessions building comprised of concessions, ticketing and toilet facilities. The building was constructed of single wythe bearing wall construction with pre-fabricated wood trusses and a metal roof.
