Bayou Oaks

Morrissey Construction Company is currently underway with the construction of Bayou Oaks located in Donaldsonville, LA.

The 69,500 sq.ft. development is situated on 10 acres and consists of 33 three-bedroom newly constructed single-family-detached homes, 16 two-bedroom newly constructed duplexes, a two-story remodel consisting of two two-bedroom apartments, one single-story remodel consisting of three bedrooms and a community center which offers a reception area, management office and kitchen.

Estimated completion for this project is fall of 2015.
