Charles Place Senior Apartments

Morrissey Construction Company has completed Charles Place Senior Apartments located in Rushville, IL.

The project consisted of a 13,500 sq.ft. single-story wood framed building broken up into 15 apartments, a laundry facility and a common area. Energy Star technology and building practices were integrated throughout the scope of the project.

Each 540 sq.ft. apartment includes a full kitchen, dining area, living room, coat closet, bathroom and one bedroom with a full closet. All units have the ability to be easily converted to accommodate the changing physical needs of residents.
