Hilldale Estates

Morrissey Construction Company has completed work on Hilldale Estates located in Denison, IA.

The project included new construction of 17 buildings that consisted of 50 units and a community center.

All homes meet the Enterprise Green Communities Certification and Energy Star Guidelines and all buildings are handicap accessible.

Other site amenities include a gazebo, walking path, community garden and picnic area.
