Lexington Farms Leed Platinum Design is the nation’s first environmentally responsible affordable housing development. This 100% green community consists of 32 single-family homes located in Jerseyville, IL. The 1,425 sq.ft. homes have three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an attached two-car garage.

Solar panels, wind turbines, along with other technology reduce utility usage to an average of $0.

The community also includes a state-of-the-art playground, a clubhouse/resource center, community room, conference room and computer lab.

Native plants fill the landscape to reduce water usage.
