Maple Ridge II

Morrissey Construction Company has completed Maple Ridge II located in Paris, IL.

The project consisted of duplex and fourplex buildings comprised of 42 units totaling 38,644 sq.ft. There is a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments throughout the development.

Nine of the 42 apartments are State Referral Network units for individuals with special needs transitioning to community-based living environments.

All buildings meet the Enterprise Green Communities Criteria.
