New Hope Apartments

The five-story building now known as New Hope Apartments is a former YWCA from 1928 built with brick and masonry.

The project consisted of 79 studio apartments that include a bathroom and kitchen. Four units were constructed as fully accessible for persons with physical disabilities and two units were made suitable for individuals with hearing or visual impairments. The facility also offers common space lounges, laundry on three floors, a computer room and library.

“From the time of interior demolition to occupation, the project was completed in 13 months. The project had considerable challenges that MCC successfully managed. The bottom line: Would I hire MCC for our next construction project? ABSOLUTELY!”
