Whiting Hall Apartments

Whiting Hall Apartments is a senior living community located in a historical 65,000 sq.ft. 5-story building originally constructed in 1857 as a women’s dormitory for Knox College.

The project consisted of interior and exterior renovations. All 60 units received extensive updates including major upgrades to kitchen and bath spaces along with plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Other interior renovations included new finishes and mechanical systems in common areas and elevator modernization.

Exterior renovations included roofing, masonry tuckpointing and restoration of the original soffit and fascia.
