Ziemer USA Opthalmology Headquarter Building

Morrissey Construction Company completed the first phase of renovations to the Ziemer USA Ophthalmology Headquarter Building located in Alton, IL, which is the sole U.S. location for the Swiss based company.

Morrissey Construction provided conceptual estimating, design-build services and construction services for the abatement and remodel of the three story 25,000 sq.ft. building.

Though there were many challenges along the way, Morrissey Construction was able to provide the owner with a check at the end of the project for savings realized through the duration of the project.
