Manor Homes

Manor Homes is located on a seven acre site that includes 48 duplex units and 7 single family homes for a total of 88,500 sq.ft. of rentable living space. Each home includes a two-car garage and consists of two, three or four bedrooms with some having the option of ADA accessibility. Interior finishes include vinyl plank flooring, carpet and modern casework. Landscaping consists of sod and native plants.


Along with the construction of 55 new units, the project also included abatement and demolition of an existing 16 housing units, new site utilities and a new roadway.


All buildings meet the Enterprise Green Communities Criteria.
